About us
Studio 40E is a photo/video studio that will be marketed to creatives of all types. They will be able to rent portions of the studio for any photography or videography projects. Eventually we will expand to become an event space as well. Portions of the studio will be staged and left available for a specific time period to be used for rental. Other areas will remain simple, allowing renters to create their vision for the project. The studio will provide some props and equipment for rent as well. I am a photographer, so this will be my home base for my studio shoots, but I want to make it available to a larger group of photographers and creatives to rent and enjoy. The vibe is modern and luxe. We are in a small warehouse space.. white walls, black/white aesthetic, clean and modern, a little edgy.
