We support a very "serious" industry - the legal industry. We are a document and technology solutions provider for legal professionals and some corporate clients. We deal with documents that are highly confidential. We like to have fun, but we must give our clients the confidence that we can handle their most important documents with efficiency, speed and professionalism.

Law firms hire us, so our audience is mostly lawyers and business managers. Very serious professionals.

Our current logo is terrible. It's on our Website here: http://impactlegaltech.com/ The only thing we like about it are the colors.

Text for Logo: Impact Legal Technologies

We are looking for something sophisticated, unique, modern, corporate, clean and simple.

The logo could be a symbol and text beside it or just text. A symbol could include the letters "ILT" but that isn't a requirement. The symbol could also be document-related. We are happy to get away from typical legal symbols, like the gavel and scale.

Primarily, the logo will be used on our new website (it's in production, but you can see it here: http://blueraymedia.com/impact/ - the logo you see there is just a placeholder).

We'd like to use 3 colors or so. We prefer more color rather than less. We do like the colors on our current logo or similar colors: http://impactlegaltech.com/

Please don't use a script font.

We'll need final files in Adobe Illustrator/EPS (vector) format.
