We are opening a cafe in regional Victoria (Australia). To serve great coffee and simple locally sourced food. In addition to the beverage and food offering, the location is pretty special: the building is heritage with lovely brick texture and natural lighting. Each element of the name comes from the building position and / or our approach to sourcing our food ingredients and our environmental approach; "Little Green Corner" relates to i.e. Little (Small in size and it is on 'Little Ryrie Street), Green (Environmental: minimising energy usage through solar panels, water recycling. Food: sourcing food from local farmers or homegrown. Colour: the building is Green). Corner (it's on a corner!. Plus corner is defined as a meeting of two lines i.e. a meeting place).
