We are the #1 apartment building sales/advisors group in the province of Ontario with over $350,000,000.00 traded/acquired over the past 3 years. Our combination of veteran experience and youthful drive, passion and technical prowess sets us apart. Our focus is long term client relationships, both new and old, and we genuinely care about our clients.
Logo types to explore
In our logo we want to convey strength, luxury and exude confidence in those who gaze upon it. The name STONEBANK or StoneBank was chosen to convey the same. I do not believe we want a stone/rock, bank/dollar signs as a part of the logo. But if done aptly, fabulous. I believe we’re looking for something that is not completely abstract from real estate. The norm that works in our industry has been a skyline of sorts, or series of buildings like a downtown cityscape, but we are above the norm. We are the best in every aspect of our business so it’s only logical and natural that we want and need our logo to be the best as well. I’d like to say we’re open to a logo that does not include some sort of a skyline or buildings in the background but we are having difficulty envisioning a logo that works that does not symbolize real estate at least in some fashion. We want the logo to be memorable and have the ability to stand on its own, without necessarily including the full name “StoneBank Real Estate Ltd”. We don’t want something too plain or too boring. Our so called competitors will use a very basic outline of a skyline, or one tower, or other overly simplistic design that shows no attention to detail or creativity. This anyone can do. We want our logo to have a touch of unique, fresh, cutting-edge, while maintaining the necessary attributes to our business which are strength and confidence. A summary of attributes to convey: strength, confidence, luxury, superiority, power, bold yet sensible, unique but not over the top. Secondary characteristics include passion, determination, uniqueness, but without total displacement. The biggest challenge I can see is conveying the real estate aspect in a unique way. As mentioned, we are open to “outside the box” thinking here but would like to see a version that is not overtly abstract, as well. --------------- We've decided not to upload other logos for inspiration as we do not want them to limit your creative ideas. Please feel free to contact with questions, comments, etc. I am more than happy to chat in detail and answer any questions you have, that may allow you to better focus that invaluable artistic creativity. This is the first and most important part of our new launch. There will be countless opportunities to design website graphics/content, marketing brochures, financial statements, letterheads, business cards, etc., in the near future. Thank you and best of luck!
