Having work done by someone I have never met was a bit scary but when I chose to work with Smsh_Art and started the detailed conversation on what I was looking for, it became very easy. we are a property management and real estate sales office near the beach in the Los Angeles area. We manage rental properties, homeowners associations, provide leasing services, sell residences, and sell apartment buildings.

I couldn't get the values buttons to work for me. I'd like it to be a little more towards mature, luxury, serious, mordern, simple, obvious. I don't have a preference for masculine/feminine or loud/quiet. The pros of Property Pros are PROfessional, PROactive, PROductive. I don't want a pot of gold. California is called the gold coast because of the gold rush in the 1840s that brought American settlers to California. It's a highly desirable place to live. People come to Los Angeles for the beach, Hollywood, outdoor living, business. Our median age range is 25-65. The logo has to be something that can be easily read on a 1 foot x 2 foot area sign when people drive by. I took the picture of the Santa Monica Pier attached. For inspiration.
