Die grobe Vorstellung geht dahin ein modernes schlichtes Gebäude im Mittelpunkt zu haben das von einer Art Zielscheibe umgeben ist. Der Schriftzug AIM soll gut ersichtlich sein bzw. in das Ganze integriert werden oder beigestellt werden. Es sollte, muss aber nicht im Idealfall auch wieder eine Verbindung bzw. namentlich Anker Immobilienmanagement GmbH zu finden sein. (auch wenn es z.B. darunter steht, sodass das Logo jedenfalls auch ohne diesen langen Namen funktionieren und verwendet werden kann) Die gewählten Farbmuster rot und violett würde ich nicht kombinieren sondern eines davon mit u.U. den hellen Tönen verwenden. Es soll modern wirken, Sicherheit vermitteln und dennoch leicht spielerisch träumen lassen. Auch das Gefühl vermitteln... "Something new is coming"
