I provide executive coaching services; helping successful executives understand what they need to be even more successful. The majority of the work is done over the phone or video conference. I help them by doing a series of interviews with their colleagues to gather feedback (360) and also use an assessment tool the identifies their strengths and potential areas of improvement. Since the name of the company is so long, I could see a logo with just the initials "EDCC" or a variation like EDC2.

target audience is senior executives mostly in the US but I'm also currently doing work in Asia and Europe. I'm interested in something that says quality, experience, growth, possibility and insight. The premise is that we can not see ourselves - it is much easier to develop new skills through working with a coach. Also, that the wisdom we need is within - a quality coach uses targeted questions to evoke inner wisdom.
