Innohead
Through machine learning and predictive analytics, Innohead monitors clients' customer base, answering questions such as: What customer is likely to be open for more sales? Who should I leave alone? Who is at risk of exiting? What is the expected value of a customer?
We help clients' to continuously discover trends and patterns in customer data, which clients then use to change communication or products. Data are generated from websites, call centers, product transactions and so on.
Our clients are typically Marketing Executives in medium or large size companies. They have from 50,000 to millions of customers, since a critical mass of customers are needed for analytics to be useful.
Security and trust are key elements, since we are storing customer data on our servers.

The core activities are:
a) We build a customer data warehouse, gathering all internal data we can find about customers
b) Based on a), we deliver analytics, for instance, assign an individual number between 0 and 1 to each customer, denoting the probability of the customer exiting the business over a time horizon.
