subtitel 'flatbread' and 'Handmade-Happy-Food'
New foodconcept for breakfast lunch and dinner. Our first store will be located in the main shoppingstreet in Haarlem. This will be a pilot store. We hope to start new locations in different cities next three years. We will make fresh flatbread (natural,wolewheat,garlic-herbs) in our woodfired tandoori oven. The flatbreads can be stuffed with loads of veggies, vegetarian patties or biological homemade meat sausages. We serve saladbowls, good coffee, fresh tea and seasonal sweets. Our target audience are millenials and foodies. But also average shopping audience have to feel comfortable in our shop/restaurant. An important target audience are the vegetarians. But also the meatloving, carnivor boyfriend of the vegetarian yogagirl has to feel confortable. Besides all the vegatarian meals we serve biological meat.
