Logo needs to incorporate our name and a graphic element that can stand alone without the name—whether it’s a treatment of our initials or a logo mark.
we like http://www.jlco.com/
Don't like http://www.bdosx.ie/ http://www.bakertillyrg.ie/
The logo will be used primarily on our website and related digital forms but also on stationary and perhaps our brass-plate. We will need the following addendum included (not too prominent)
"Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors" (no quotes)
The logo should follow best web 2.0 practice in terms of clarity and simplicity while avoiding gaudy or gimicky imagery or colors.
We haven't yet established our corporate colors and are open minded in this regard...with the following general caveat...
While we are all about creating a fresh web presence, our colleagues and our established clients are used to a standard of professional decorum and austerity and we are conscious not to deviate too much from that expectation.
Think web 2.0 meets Sterling Cooper!
We particularly liked some of the submissions for this competition (not necessarily the winner)
The files we will require are:
Print file format - .ai (CMYK) and .pdf
Web file format - .jpg and layered .psd (RGB)
Please do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo
Please note overt 'Irish' branding is not required in terms of color / symbolism, thanks.
