It's the second time I work with this designer. The first time I worked with him was during a design contest. He created the illustrations for my website www.concatskills.com based on very detailed instructions. Paying attention to details as well as delivering good advices, this designer came out as the best competitor. The idea was to create a mascot in various situations showing my company services. The second time I contacted this designer was for him to deliver a design of a 404 page with the mascot. He offered a very original concept and delivered the designed page in a very short time. To cut a long story short, he's a professional designer with more than satisfactory skills. I strongly recommend to add and keep him to your business address book.
How lettergenie started their logo design journey
We are a new web app, software as a service, for creating form letters from popular contact managers, such as Highrise and Microsoft Outlook. Our company is focused on offering dead simple apps that make running a business easier. Our company culture is approachable yet efficient.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our target audience is small business owners who are price conscious, but also have a sense of style, color and design. Think Target not Walmart.
I have attached a logo design for another brand "myScribe" - we'd like to imitate the color of the pen (aqua) and the font beveling.
Also, need a version with white lettering on transparency for dark background and dark lettering on light background for invoices. EPS, PNG and JPG will do with at least 300 dpi. You're free to be creative on the incorporation of the "genie" element - just nothing to silly or corny. The idea is that our web app creates form letters in a snap, like magic.
It would be great if the icon can be incorporated within the name, "LetterGenie," but it is also acceptable for the icon to be inline before the name.
