Seidenspinner
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The Seidenspinner (silk moth) is a bistro, which will complement a Sport Shop. The Seidenspinner however will stand alone and should be positioned independently.
On the menu there will be classic coffee specialties as well as self-made items such as porridge, banana cake, waffles and cupcakes. Everything made in house with regional products. Sustainability will be lived throughout the shop.

Other notes
The name "Seidenspinner" is the link between the manager of the bistro and the name of the location. The location is called "Seidenfabrik". The manager has a special link to butterflies. Therefore the bistro will be called "Seidenspinner", which is indeed a butterfly (silk moth). The Atlas Silk moth is the largest butterfly in the world.
