Community & Non-Profit
YSA (Youth Service America) improves communities worldwide by increasing the number and the diversity of young people, ages 5-25, serving in substantive roles. YSA’s programs include: - Public mobilization campaigns, including the annual Global Youth Service Day held each April in more than 100 countries, and the school-based Semester of Service framework. - Grant programs which offer more than $1 million each year to support over 1,000 youth-led service and service-learning initiatives - Resources and trainings to build the capacity of schools, organizations, businesses, and governments to engage young people as partners in every problem-solving strategy.
Logo types to explore
As YSA's signature training event, the Youth Service Institute is an opportunity for YSA's grantees and partners to come together for three days to be inspired, network with others in the youth engagement field, share best practices and great ideas, learn how to implement high quality service and service-learning programs, and prepare for Semester of Service and Global Youth Service Day.
