Help The Mix with a new logo

A part of the the Johnson Ferry Baptist High School Ministry. This will be part of our Wednesday night, home-group based, student led meetings at various houses around our community (see open project Life Groups in 99designs). At "The Mix" all these different groups of students will mix together at one big event. The monthly "The Mix" meetings will have several elements including funny skits and videos, modern full band worship music (like Passion Conference, Northpoint, etc) and bible messages. It will be an outreach event that students involved in home groups will bring friends to. For lack of better words, we are not a cheesy, old-school youth ministry. It is a large church and we like quality stuff. No angels, praying hands, or fish symbols... just a high quality logo.

Not looking for anything over the top edgy or cheesy. It would be great if some element of the design could be pulled out and be recognizable for like a window sticker or something. This is for high economic, suburban high school kids.
