Joe Di Guglielmo got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Help create a sharp, flat-themed, modern logo for Centerloop Solutions

I am a freelance Apple Consultant operating under my brand "Centerloop Solutions." I am appointment based and travel to people's homes in my area, helping them with anything Apple related (i.e.: Macs, iPhones, iPads, Apple TVs, printers, wireless networking, etc...) I also help people remotely, using online remote connections. My target audience are mostly consumers aged 40-70 years old, and also local businesses. I live in an affluent area, so I am intending of marketing my business as a "premium" or "high quality" and "artful" personalized service. I guess, something more than everyday tech support.
Logo types to explore
I am looking for a logo that has a nice, fresh, sharp look to it. Like I mentioned in the color section, I do love Flat design and a modern (even futuristic) look. If it helps, I originally named my business "Centerloop Solutions" by combining the idea of Apple's "1 Infinite Loop" address, and Apple's logo for the Genius Bar (the atom with orbiting electrons.) So I guess I started out with an image of a loop "∞" and atom cloud, however it was just an idea, I don't think I am interested in having an atom cloud necessarily. (I know it's overdone.) My mind keeps envisioning a font similar to what Instagram uses (however, totally not married to that idea.) I usually write Centerloop Solutions with a capital "C" and "S." I guess it would be cool to have the capital C go into some kind of loop that connects to the double "oo" (in Centerloop) however, it doesn't have to go that way. I also keep envisioning a theme that coincides with Apple's "space" motif on their computers. Also, if this helps, I MAY go with a website template like this: http://www.codex-themes.com/codeus As far as a symbol goes, I don't envision one, but wouldn't be opposed if done correctly (perhaps before the text?) I intend to use this logo on my website, business cards, and possibly on stickers and t-shirts. I guess if a symbol would be used, I wouldn't want it to be too "high" and take up a lot of space. If you have any questions, please let me know. I check my email regularly and can respond anytime! Hopefully something creative can be done with "Centerloop Solutions." I can envision it looking pretty cool if someone more creative than me takes it on. Thank you in advance for all the great designs! Joe
