We are launching an Equine pharmaceutical company which carries over the counter horse supplements. 522 believes quality produces quality. "What goes in is what gets produced outwardly." The company 522 Health will bring only the best products to market because we understand the passion and love our consumers have for their horses.
522 Health will be the company that brings to market each product. Each product will be branded with the 522 logo as a secondary mark but the product will have a fully developed brand and campaign itself. For example, we will launch a daily feeder called LOVE.
Therefore it is essential that a we find a logo that can be included in every one of our product launches and still has the ability to stand by itself. The stand alone mark we represent our brand promise and be the qualifier for all products that fall under that brand.
522 purchasing consumers in phase one will be 88 percent female according to recent studies. However, the 522 logo will be worn by both genders.
The consumer is typically consider affluent and is a horse owners. Their horse interests will have great diversity from pleasure horses, to barrel racing, to racing, all the way to the elite equestrian competitor.
***Be careful. Most non-horse people believe that ever horse related logo must be cliche and carry some sort of rope or spur. Remember these people are passionate about their horses and are high wealth individuals with a strong sense of quality.
(However, as you read on you will see that I am looking for a abstract horse integration.)
As for the start, there are not many requirements. I will tell you my thoughts but I am completely open to all suggestions. We will intensely follow the progress and be sure to give real solid critics to what we are seeing. Please feel free to ask more as well.
As for colors, I have not settle any where. I do like the orange look that I will include as a thought.
I have attached a file that will show an abstract Horse's Head. We like the abstract so that no one particular breed of horse feels left out.
We also love the idea of having 522 be prominent in the mane portion of the logo. A very cool integration of the Horses Head being a part of 522 or 522 being a part of the horse head and mane is great.
The logo attached is not bad. If the mane of the horse could be the 522 that would be great. Then we could be able to put whatever brand we want under it similar to where they have the word "company".
A couple more thoughts. Possibly having the horse facing the other way might work too. (might not). As well, we thought about a color inversion, where the horse head and mane were the white background part.
Good luck and don't hesitate to ask.
(Once this logo is done, we will look to post four more logos for the products that we will launch under 522.)
