ckovin got their new logo design by running a design contest:
A Forget Me Not flower inspired logo targeting busy moms who need photo organizing services
Check out ckovin's Logo design contest…
It is a full service print and digital solution to all of your photo organizing needs. I work with small businesses and busy individuals to organize and maintain their digital photo collections. Services include creating a searchable photo hub or “library” for all of your photos by de-duplicating, scanning, restoring, and keywording. Final products include photo books and digital slideshows. I provide cloud-based back up solutions to preserve your memories for the future. Target audience: Family historians, scrapbookers, people wanting to organize boxes of printed photos by scanning and digitizing (downsizing, space saving). Lifestyle: leisure; Values: storytelling; Behavior: memory keeping; Age: 25-65 (probably typically female); Education: highschool or college; Interests: scrapbookers, home movies, slideshows for vacations, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
The flower should have 5 petals. Maybe incorporate a camera, a lens, a folder, a scrapbook, a computer, picture frame for some different ideas.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo design starts at €269.
Full copyright with production-ready files for digital and/or print.

99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
The designer was very responsive and hard working. They were open to feedback and did a great job of implementing what I was asking. It was a great experience.
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
