How Stu Vaughan started their logo design journey
Fight the Fuzz
Fight the Fuzz is a new 'fight back' consumer action group which is being set up to offer advice and tips to general members of the public - to give then insight and knowledge in to the policy and procedures that govern the authorities when enforcing the law, in particular road traffic matters (speeding, mobile phones, licence, insurance, etc). This is intended to empower people to be able to fight back fairly by placing them on a level playing field when defending themselves against allegations of wrong doing. This "DIY" site is intended to save people the time and expense of having to hire a lawyer. The site also offers a variety of self help e-books (the secret policeman series); these books will give people, secret insider knowledge of procedures that must be followed in order to prosecute and how to defend one-self when rules have been broken.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are aiming to service the needs of the general public in the United Kingdom; as the law has an effect on everyone, our target audience will be everyone, from all walks of life - anybody who needs advice or help.
We want designers to really push the boat out in terms of creativity! We have no fast and hard ideas but we're thinking that it should really have an 'anti-authoritrian' slant, symbolising "Power to the People" (maybe a graffiti style) but at the same time remaining appealing to the broader public.
We are requiring the product in variuos formats so that it can be used in the usual branding senarios (web-site, banner ads, literature etc etc).
