Little Mountain Farm Supply
We're a small (<5 employee's) retail store in the heart of horse country (foothills mountains, small town) of western North Carolina. We've been sneaking along for the last years with our old lame logo, so we need your help to freshen it up and bring it up to speed in 2010.
Simple yet effective is what we like and desire with this re-branding. We specialize in the premium lines of horse feeds, hay products and the best selection in the area of top quality pet foods as well. We're currently expanding our line of organic gardening seeds and products.
Our target audience is existing customers and new customers as well as customers who have shopped elsewhere in recent years. Our main target is those who are equine and pet customers, but also something that a general person will be able to appreciate. Stronger target on the pet & horse owners though.
A lot of higher end clients, mixed with some lower and middle level clients as well. We cater to each the same, so we're looking for a brand that is recognizable to all.
We'd like to see two types of logo's if possible..
Looking for a rural scene with a barn and mountain in the background and possibly a dog and horse in the foreground. maybe the outline of the animals with eyes/ears as well. not so much detail that it's difficult for t-shirts and or printing on things.
Also something not related to animals but with a barn, fence and mountains that grasps the general feeling of the area, rural & small town.
Use those loosely and feel free to be creative with something you think might portray a small town quality feed & supply store.
