We're four IT (Information Technology) folks, based in Italy, with a strong background of consulting projects on huge firms in SAP projects.
Little by little we understood that we should get light and agile, get rid of non-ethic and expensive dead weights, in order to embrace a real good cause, by leveraging on our IT skills: help the World and do our best to heal Nature.
Along with a day by day strong eco-culture, which we diffuse as much as we can, why not betting on Green IT? Computers are everywhere, and big firms are the most likely to contribute to pollution and World bigger and bigger damage.
Therefore, any software solution that can help big companies keep emissions under control, increase the use of clean energy, and so on, is good to us, and becomes our main mission.
That's why we're focusing on SAP EH&S, Environmental Compliance and other vendors' (Fujitsu, CA) solutions which we can propose to our clients in order to make them as Green (and Sharp) as possibile.
Business audience: basically any kind company, from SME to large accounts, which are already running an ERP System and have a more or less big impact on the environment.
This is not (at the moment) for end-users, consumers, "common" people (like me and you), or whatever you wanna call them.
The logo must give a clear and immediate sense of genuine, wholesome, green (because it is deeply connected with Nature) though clever, accurate, sharp, even somehow geometric (because it is connected with Information Technology).
The logo should recall the short form of GreenSharp, which is G#, taken from the Microsoft .NET programming language C# (read "C sharp"), with which we don't have anything to do (just to make it clear).
We had our original idea, but then we had an internal controversy about it, and started searching for further ideas. That one was pretty good because it fulfilled all the few things above. But I am not attaching it since I feel it might influence you too much.
