UV Resources
UV Resources designs and distributes UV-C based products for the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) markets. Our product in most cases are installed in HVACR systems to clean the air and the cooling coil. UV-C, which is the germicidal wavelength (versus UV-B and UV-A - all three are generated by the sun - UV-C does not make it through our atmosphere) kills mold, bacteria and viruses.
UV-C kills pathogens (e.g. TB, H1N1, etc) in moving airstreams and is applied in hospitals, commercial building, anywhere where there is ventilation systems. UV-C also kills mold on surfaces such as cooling coils (the component in the HVACR system that actually cools the air) thus making it more efficient. In addition, mold is a sources for bad indoor air quality and odors. Energy efficiency is a growing part the application of UV-C in the HVACR systems.
We also are a "resource" for replacement lamps and other accessories for UV-C products.
The HVACR market/industry is a relatively conservative industry so a professional logo is what we are looking for, i.e. no "cartoon" type logo or clip art.
Target audience includes mechanical engineers, HVACR/mechanical contractors, hospital facility engineers, pharmaceutical facility engineers, government facility engineers, commercial buildings, residential home owners.
Again, this tends to be a conservative group.
We are looking for a dynamic logo that captures what our product does (kills pathogens in the air stream and on surfaces, e.g coils, thus making the HVACR system more energy efficient and better air quality), the markets we serve (HVACR) and the fact that we are a "resource" for UV-C products and accessories.
To recap:
• UV-C Energy is germicidal
• UV-C Product resource
• Kills pathogens on surfaces and in the air;
• Make HVACR cooling coils more efficient
• Creates better indoor air quality
Would like final file to be EPS as well as jpg.
