Digital Media Marketing Company Looking for Innovavtive, Fresh Design

Digital, social media marketing company that specializes in digital advertising, video/commercial production, photography, search engine optimization, and social media marketing. Heavy focus in the video production area where we use drones and high level cameras to create innovative videos/pictures to increase social media following. Google and Facebook advertising. Target market = businesses in need of marketing re-vamping to keep up with the changing advertising platforms. Employees are under the age of 30 and most customers are 30+.
Located in South Florida.

We had an original idea of and arm extending (reaching) that was holding a ball/sphere in hand with different social media logos(not sure about copyright laws but logos can be similar if not allowed to be exact) inside of the ball. Would also include the word Reach or MJ Reach across/above the extended arm. Open to any logos without this implementation as well. Would like a logo that can be used through different platforms (Viable for both a large billboard/sign or small instagram/social media logo). Willing to use creative designs that do not follow this description. We are a start-up that creates original content, that is innovative and fresh. We are looking for a logo to match this vibe.
