Wal-Dawg got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Design a logo for a computer company made up of smart rednecks.
Check out Wal-Dawg's Logo design contest…
We are a software and hardware company. Audience is anybody with a computer.
Other color requirements
I'd like to explore the following colors: Dark neutrals: Formality, mystery, exclusivity and luxury. Let designers make suggestions: Light neutrals: Purity, balance and sophistication.
Four finger is an acronym for trial and error. Hillbilly people in the USA have 4 fingers because they accidentally cut off or blow off a finger, leaving them with four fingers and, hopefully, a learned something. I like a mascot type design. Maybe a hand missing finger or a hand with laboratory equipment or a hand giving the "thumbs-up" that is missing a finger.
US$299 Bronze package

99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
