Founded in 1997 as a for-profit social enterprise by Traci Fenton, the purpose of WorldBlu is to unleash human potential and inspire freedom by championing the growth of democratically-managed organizations worldwide.

We're trying to position WorldBlu as a premium brand and want to make our look a lot sexier and sleeker while still conveying credibility.
We want a logo that helps grow and inspire our movement.
Our main audience is the world's most progressively-managed companies and organizations worldwide. Specifically, we deal with CEOs, heads of marketing and HR, but we also interact with the general public, typically people who are well-read and well-traveled.
We are a global brand, so we need a logo that resonate globally, conveys credibility and is also visually inspiring.
Our audience in general is very sophisticated, well-read, well-traveled and very actualized. They like to feel like they are part of something special, meaningful and prestigious.
We're really looking for a fresh take on our current logo. We'd like the design to be sleek and sexy and have a global appeal. Even though our name is "WorldBlu," please don't put a globe in it! :) We're about freedom and democracy in the workplace, the opposite of the command-and-control environments most people work in. So we're looking for a fresh, energetic and inspiring design that also conveys that we are a premium brand -- but not boring or stuffy. We want a logo that has ENERGY!
The reason our name is "WorldBlu" is that the color blue is universally recognized as the color of freedom.
To that end, we don't like to shorten our name to "WB" because we want to communicate the "blu" or "freedom" part of our name.
This is a note we've added after the first two submissions -- please do not submit a logo with "WB" as the artwork as we're not looking to shorten our name. We are looking for anything visual that conveys freedom and possibility, however.
