Design a classic initial based Logo with a twist for a Luxury Wedding Planner

I am a luxury wedding planner, working with clients who spend more than £50,000 on their wedding day. My clients are normal young professional couples who want to achieve a perfect wedding day and guarantee a day unique to them as a couple. The want a planner they trust to mange the operation throughout the planning and execute everything perfectly on the day, leaving them to enjoy a a heartfelt day of love and laughter with their friends and family.

I am not set on these colours but these are ones i do like however i struggle to make something look premium in these colours so i am open to suggestions. Greys 7b818e /7b818e Blues 86a0ac / 7ea8be Duck Egg b6e2dd / b2e4db / b6e2e2 Coral f3cec1 / efbc9b / foc2a4 I like the idea of silver foiling.

I am open to suggestions however I am imagining the logo to incorporate the initials E H then underneath or through or somewhere the full company name ELLA HARTIG. I need it to feel premium and luxury and elegant. I take inspiration from top luxury brand logos such as Louis Vuitton and Chanel. i like how their letters cross over. i had also thought about an option of tieing in a sketched lily of the valley flower somewhere as this is personal touch of me, however i am not sure if this then losses the premium feel. The fonts i tent to use for my titles are Northwell and Belda Didone Norm 2 - when using swirly writing i do not like soft e's and prefer an E that has its shape to it, hence why i use Northwell. I think a serif font is perhaps more classic for a logo but i'm open to suggestions. whilst i want the logo to feel premium/classic/timeless i also don't want it to be boring, like i could have typed it on my computer, that's why i'm hoping you can suggest an interesting way to display the initials . i hope that makes sense.
