The graphic represents a "seal", "stamp", "award", or "sticker that would be applied to a product to indicates it's security certification status. The three Security Ratings are "Insecure", "Secure", and "Highly Secure". There must be room to add a URL with a prompt like: Certification Details: ... and the date of Certification
The audience is consumers who might choose one product over another because it features a security rating, thus the graphic must be visual impactful and eye-catching, but not cheep or cheasy. It should enhance image of the product on which it appears, not degrade it !
