Maikis provided many options of logos and layout. They all centred around a common theme so it was easier to filter and give feedback. Response to messaging was quick and the winning logo was a dark horse which came from behind to overtake another designer during the 2nd stage. Really impressed with the 99d model, you feel constantly involved with the designers and very much part of the process.
Rianaa was quick, attentive and direct. A pleasure working with you!
I really enjoyed working with Essentials. He was quick to make edits, flexible to work with the concepts I sent him and was very thorough in sending many versions of the design so I have options for both print and digital usage.
How cwall started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
What’s your company slogan?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Chau Wall and Associates -can incorporate into logo but preferred to use acronym CWA if possible or have multi option to add. All women landscape architecture firm designing outdoor spaces for residential neighborhoods, amenties centers, parks, urban streetscapes, apartments, retail. Clients are a majority of men in the land development industry. Slightly feminine, but also want respect.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?

Like the simplicity but not looking for a vintage design
Interest use of color, playful, but don't like the text being in color. Would prefer solid color
Very creative design of the deer and the font is pretty cool and simple
Interesting take on the rhino head with the texture
Like simplicity of design, but for me I don't want a literal image of plants, trees, etc.
I really like the simplicity and powerful impact of this design yet soft colors
The paint spot is seems pretty creative. The font is too retail/product and not for a design firm
Simple thin font is interesting
Like the muted colors. Don't like the text to be multiple colors
I like how simple yet impactful
Design can go either way: 1) simple, clean, contrasting, and fresh. Would like to see a green gradient/colorful logo like the one from Mint.com -see attached 2) Or slightly feminine yet simple. Our current logo is the first one attached but lacks personality. CWA Logo 2018 tree is an option we explored. I like the simplicity of the tree in a more creative approach but needs more texture or depth. I do not want a literal translation of trees, plants, etc. Would like this logo to be square and able to be rectangular in shape for different uses.
