Stratosticks got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Cutting Edge Auto Industry Startup Needs a Logo!
Check out Stratosticks's Logo design contest…
We are a web-based auction and sales site that lists auto dealers' wholesale vehicles for sale to other dealers. The site is only available to licensed dealers. We want our logo to express a) we are savvy, b) we will save you money, c) we are a tech company, and d) we are in the auto industry. We like more modern looking logos. We would like a logo that includes our name ("Dealer Huddle"), but the ability to take our name out and use just the logo/symbol if we choose. We'd like the logo to emphasize the spirit of bringing auto dealers together, and not so much on cars. If you can incorporate both concepts creatively then we'd be interested, but think "bringing together dealers" first off. Thank you for considering our project!
Other color requirements
We've been intrigued by concepts with the combo #0F2D52, #9B3B3B and white. Maybe experiment with a little orange within that palette. We're also open to alternatives. At this time I feel we're staying away from red.
It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their logo design.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
Stratosticks collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
