good job done, very quick. Will need some changes as i was late but he did a good job.
First of all, Hats off to 99 Designs for such a great job. This one week was really exciting for me. Freemerri in particular did a great job and worked along with me to come up with a design that i had in mind.....Thanks!
Mikael is an amazing designer - great creative inspiration, intuition, and patience and responsiveness. The icon very well incorporates the company name as well as what we do, while also appealing to my personal taste, and will be a fun, creative, and engaging logo that speaks well to our target audience. Thanks so much again, Mikael!
How Weld started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Crowdsourcing Personalized Online Education
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We seek a logo to embroider on 50 shirts as swag (gifts) for people attending a workshop discussing research on “Crowdsourcing Personalized Online Education” held near Seattle.
Workshop attendees (geeky researchers & University faculty) will discuss the technical challenges in achieving a future in which education is available (online) to people all around the globe and gets (automatically) personalized to an individual based on his/her needs. The solutions for realizing this dream will likely require crowdsourcing aspects of teaching, evaluation and other teaching support.
The workshop's name need not be included in the design, but the logo should capture the idea of crowdsourcing and marry it with personalized education. The workshop is organized jointly by the University of Washington and Microsoft Research so their logos/fonts (eg purple husky – search "uw logo" and "microsoft research logo") may provide inspiration. Don't feel forced to include the organizers - something that captures the workshop topic is much more important. Read more at http://www.cs.washington.edu/mssi/2012/
We require .jpg and layered .psd (RGB) files for the complete design
