EXTENDING THE CONTEST!!!
This is for a new business called Goovie Time that will rent video games and DVD's online. Similar to http://www.gamefly.com or http://www.gameznflix.com, blockbuster.com, netflix, etc.
GoovieTime or Goovie Time
Tagline:
Groovy Goovies at your door! (or anything you can think of that is better)
Desired Color Scheme:
Any color (not too dark, not too bright), any color that attracts customers.
Desired Style:
Professional, creative and modern, easy to use.
Accepted File Formats:
Not sure, whatever format is most popular with web hosting companies
Looking for two things: 1) A logo for Goovie Time (or GoovieTime whichever you like - I think I prefer Goovie Time) and a mascot such as the way Tivo has a mascot. I was thinking a little furry guy shaped something like a M&M with popcorn or a video controller in it's hands but any kind of character will do. Something that is memorable. A tagline would be cool too.
2) A website template (front page only). Tabs should include Home, Movies, PSP3, PSP2, XBOX360, XBOX, Wii, Message Boards, and My Goovies (similar to My Q). Other additions might be My Accound and FAQ/Help. Please use your own discretion with how you like the tabs to be laid out. They don't have to be in a row but they should be easy to select. Each tab should highlight when the mouse moves over them so there is a little bit of code but not much.
The purpose of the front page template is to provide a welcome introductory screen with a Coming Soon message with a taste of the products offered. There should be a place where the visitor can easily click on a link which takes them to a email form. The form should have a field for first name, email address, and comments (and anything else that you think is relevant). The email form will go to info@goovietime.com.
A visitor should know what the site is all about with the first 5-10 seconds of viewing it. I.e. Gamefly.com
The website will need to be made in a way that is seamless when the other parts are put in such as message boards, e-commerce, tracking Q, etc.
