Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our organization is a non-profit trade association that represents Ohio's 88 county boards of developmental disabilities. We provide legislative/policy advocacy, professional training, continuing education, and other similar services to local (county) government entities in Ohio whose sole purpose is serving people with developmental disabilities (intellectual and physical, i.e., Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, Prader-Willi, etc.)
Twice per year we hold conferences, the primary purpose of which is to allow DD professionals to come together to earn continuing education credits, enjoy networking/social opportunities, and discuss current programs/the future of our service delivery system. This logo would be for one of those events, our spring conference.

The event will have a significant focus on the concept of transformation - so including something like a butterfly (spring-like and transformative) wouldn't be out of order. Our former designer can't do this project and we are on a time crunch - HELP!
