Fakehorse comes from Fake Horse. The significance of a Fake Horse (Trojan Horse) in computer security is a story that dates back to the city of troy. Adversaries defeated Troy's security by creating a wooden horse which was sent as a gift. Once inside the walls of defense, the soldiers hidden inside the horse came out to battle.
