Thank you so much for thinking about submitting a design!
Just to add a few tips based on current design submissions:
I don't really like hard angles and straight edges or shapes. I like the design to either be traveling outside of borders, no borders at all, or a loose border without a defined edge. For example, I don't like perfect circles, squares, etc. I would ideally like something with a balance between sophisticated and playful (this can be done in the font if need be), and even though my desires seem to lean more towards a feminine design, something that any gender would wear on a tshirt would be preferable.
I prefer simplicity over a design being too busy. Balance is important to me. It seems that, because of this, I lean a lot towards designs with a lot of negative space and splashes of color. You can see this in the design examples above.
Keep in mind we are a small urban farm. We don't have any barns, rolling hills, or row crops. Everything is done by hand and planted intensively, so focusing on the overall image of the farm on the logo may not necessarily be the best route to go.
Thank you again, I greatly appreciate it!
