I am very satisfied with not only the design of my logo, but also the responsiveness from the designer. I'd seek input from this designer again in the future for sure should the need arise...

I am open to ideas......one idea is to mix tradition with modern. For example: A staggs head is a traditional representation of german beers (Bavarian beer one of the most infamous in the world was only brewed for kings) So maybe incorporating a traditional element about beer but in a modern upscale logo? Just a thought. The Bramble is a more recent cocktail : created in London in the 1980's. It consists of fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, gin, and a french blackberry liqeuer on top crushed ice that "brambles" down the drink, resembling a bramble bush.
