Car dealerships that have busy service [repair] departments have problems managing their service drives [the lanes where cars come in and out]. Getting a customer's car up to the service drive quickly is important because customer satisfaction is paramount. DriveJoy provides software as a service for car dealerships to help them manage their service drive by getting all employees on the same page. Goal: Increase communication among employees [through the software] and increase customer satisfaction [happiness].
Logo types to explore
Although this is considered "enterprise software", each dealership will have 10s of people interacting with the software all day. So it has been designed to be very very simple and user friendly and looks more like consumer facing software than enterprise software.
