Hannien was the best designer to work because he had patience with me, every single day giving me new designers since the beginning until the end. I hardly recommend Hannien to work, he is creative and very persistent!
I am a difficult customer and he worked very professional with me!
Creative designer, very responsive. Thanks!
Designer did an absolutely perfect job of capturing what I wanted in my logo. Simple, clean and precise. Thanks for all the hard work.
How ILNumerics started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?

Our company creates tools for software developers. These tools are used for "technical computing" in high tech companies and science: think of bio-tech, automotive, energy, finance etc.
More precisely, our tools are about implementing mathematical (=numerical) algorithms into software applications. If you are an engineer who wants to simulate the flight characteristics of an airplane, a scientiest who wants to analyze measured data or a trader who wants to create real-time algorithmic trading software: Use ILNumerics for the math! ;)
The name ILNumerics reflects both elements: mathematics and software.
* IL is the shortcut for "intermediate language", a technical term used in computer sciences.
* Numerics (=Numerical Analysis) is the part of mathematics ILNumerics can be used for.
ILNumerics deals with both.
Our target group consists of software engineers, scientists and IT managers – serious people with serious jobs.

We are looking for a clean and simple landscape format logo that consists of a graphic element (avatar) and a lettering. It should be possible to use the graphical element on its own as an avatar for Twitter etc.
Our business is high-tech and b2b. We want our new logo to communicate that we provide reliable, high-performance products.
Companies who create similar products like us (for example Mathworks) use mathematical visualizations as a base for their logo (search for "mathematical visualization" on the internet to get an idea). We like that idea, however our avatar should be more abstract. We have attached some drafts. THEY ARE NO GUIDELINE, but may show some possibilities for designing a graph-based avatar.
