JillianH got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Create a bold logo for a show goat breeder
Check out JillianH's Logo design contest…
We raise, show and sell boer goats. Herd logos are all about the font. It must be unique and out of the box. If you decide to use a goat or goat head, make sure you use a boer meat goat. These are NOT dairy goats and shouldn't look like one. They are MEAT/ market goats. Google 'boer goat silhouette' (the first row of results show correct images) to get an idea of the difference. I also loaded a few SAMPLES in the sample logo section. The design should be relevant to young and old people and convey that we are innovative and competitive in the market.
Logo types to explore
I'd like to see the modern livestock logo take as well as the classic look. (When I say modern I don't mean sci-fi. I mean more 'street'/ ripped/ spray paint? I'll see if I can find a better example than what is loaded.) I think both are great. If going modern- use a unique font. If going classic, go for a font with hard edges. B1D is the focus. Look up some show cattle, lamb, hog, goat logos and see what's out there. The logo needs to be able to shrink down for watermarks as well as blown up for embroidered show jackets, display signs, etc. Please ask if you need more info!
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo design starts at €269.
