We are 2 triathlon coaches who offer an online coaching service for swim, bike, run & triathlon events. The coaching service includes weekly training plans. Our training plans are highly personalised and based on a state-of the art sports science methodology. Let us take an example: someone approaches us and wants to do run a marathon in 16 weeks. We will develop a 16 week training plan for the customer, that will include daily training sessions to get ready in time for the event without the risk of overtraining or injury. We will also advice the athlete about race day, e.g. what to eat, when to arrive, what to bring, how to pace the marathon. The target audience are time-poor, successful business people, who have a demanding day to day job and set themselves a sporting challenge in their free time, e.g. doing a triathlon. Through the support of our coaching service they are trying to maximize their available free time to prepare for this demanding event they signed up for and that couldn’t be completed without consistent training. We chose the name Team Chronos Coaching, because Chronos is the personification of time in the Greek mythology. A key attribute of our target audience is the lack of time to prepare for such a demanding challenge. Through our support and expertise we provide guidance through coaching plans how to use the existing time to the maximum. The principals of our service are: • Strive for excellence in what we do through personal commitment in the journey of our clients • Bringing scientific and creative methods to the creation of up-to-date training plans, adapted to the individual needs and goals of the athletes • Keep ourselves up to date and relevant through training, coaching CPD, racing, and reading • Explain the wider concept/the why and how this training plan will help to achieve their goal and their satisfaction. Transfer knowledge/understanding for training plan/coaching methodology to athletes for self-informed training choices to achieve the goals despite time-poor. Explain the purpose, use our knowledge to educate our clients on the training choices we make • Team with other professionals to create an eco-system of services required by our clients for their journeys and provide a holistic service • Keep the journey a fun and enjoyable experience • Supporting coach model – lead by head coach and supported by assistant coach Our unique selling points: • We have experience in juggling many balls at the same time (e.g. demanding career, marathon training, children, friends, etc.) • We are 2 coaches and provide a supporting coach model – the athlete is led by the head coach and supported by assistant coach • We have experiences as professionals and understand the athletes situation • We have a breath of knowledge, certificates in teaching yoga, coaching open water, triathlon, and running • We have completed a variety of triathlon and running races ourselves and are familiar with the race set up • We are very knowledgeable about the equipment (bike brand, running shoes, swim googles, etc.) Our vision: • Become a one-stop-shop for personalised interactive and engaging coaching for time-poor but ambitious business people looking to accomplish a significant endurance related challenge, be it in life, business or sports • Be a knowledge hub regularly creating interesting, up-to-date content to educate the athlete and wider followship on the benefits and ways to go about having the courage to try and realise your dreams What we would like to see in the logo? We would like the logo to show an illustration/image related to time-constrain/time-poor e.g. a clock but could be anything else associated with time. We would also like to cover the endurance related aspect/sport related aspect in the logo. It doesn't have to show a person swimming, cycling or running. We would like to convey the feeling of achieving a tough challenge or accomplishing a very challenging goal with the logo. Our audience is premium and the costs associated with the service are high therefore we would like to have a premium/special feeling to be associated with the logo. We would like to have "Team Chronos" in bold and then "Coaching" below it or next to it but not as big. We can have the "Have The Courage To Try" in the logo but there is no need for it.
