Inventory Matters are a consultancy business who specialise in helping companies increase profits and improve their performance by focusing on inventory management improvement.
We work with companies who use inventory - they buy, import or manufacture products from inventory and they sell this to their customers. We are able to help them by being able to forecast what they are going to sell and then show them how much they need to carry in stock to meet their customer orders.
The end result of what we do is that our customers can meet all their customer orders on time, every time (almost!) but they are able to do this by holding only about half as much inventory as they held before. This really helps cash flow and improves profits.
We are a new and small firm - hoping to grow much bigger! - made up of a couple of industry experts who have years of experience helping companies improve. The reason why we have started up our business is that we have developed specialist software which absolutely nails the problems our customers experience and allows us to get results - and fast.
The image we are seeking to portray is that we are very savy and professional and get results - we're doers not talkers and we work with our clients and actually will do the job in order to get the results.
Our targets are companies who have to carry inventory - importers, distributors, manufacturers and retailers.
Our big success is with small to medium size businesses where the owner can have a direct impact on what we do.
We need to design a logo for our business - Inventory Matters - that we can proudly use on all our communications - web, letterheads, business cards etc. Ideally the logo would incorporate a graphic design plus our name.
We encourage creativity, we don't have preconceptions that the logo should reflect inventory (a carton or a pallet for example). Our website - http://www.inventorymatters.com.au - shows you our existing masthead and colour scheme but we would be happy to change for the right design.
We look forward to any questions and good luck!
