It was great working with Gneira and all the other artist on this project. The hardest thing was selecting just one. Some really great ideas and I am walking away with a logo I am super excited about. We will definetly use 99designs for new event logos in the future!!

A luxury boutique waterfront villa development on the beautiful Caribbean island of St. Lucia. Marketing 6 exclusive vacation homes to a mature (40's-60's) yet vibrant, high net worth, environmentally conscious buyer, most likely from the eastern USA/Canada or England and Germany.

To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Rare waterfront location for St. Lucia, in an exclusive neighbourhood, with an infinity lip pool hanging over the sea. Focus will be on healthy living. Gym/yoga pavilion, kayaks, a dock for your boat, fresh fruit and fish at your door plus a boutique restaurant/bar with signature guest chefs. Villa's will be indoor outdoor living with open floor plans and fun touches like outdoor showers and a wine cellar. All detached, so no condo or apt living here. Reuse water systems, landscaping with water features and quaint pathways to hammocks and vista points. Private beach with 3 coral reefs steps from your door. Please keep in mind that the word Lumiére means light in french and the St. Lucian moto is The Land, The Light, The People. Also there is an actual lighthouse at the top of the neighbourhood hill. Again, being waterfront is rare, so keep that in mind if it fits but don't want it to necessarily lead the process either.
