pinewell got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Business logo needed
Check out pinewell's Logo design contest…
Need a logo with simple bold one-color graphic for an institutional real estate investment firm, Pinewell Capital. This corporate identity needs to convey financial strength, stability, and confidence. I would like to use a forest green for the logo, black for lettering. One idea I have is to use a stylized form of Japanese kanji for "i", which means "well". It looks like a tic-tac-toe grid.
What's your vision?
Desired Color Scheme: Black lettering, forest green logo Desired Style: Contemporary, simple graphic Accepted File Formats: Standard Web Formats (.jpg, .gif or .png); Vector Formats (.eps, .pdf or .ai) We will be working with institutional investors and high net worth individuals. This is a woman-owned firm. There must be a sense of gravitas to the logo/corporate identity. Nothing flighty. We will want to use the logo for numerous print & web applications, including stationery and web site. It may also be used in embroidery or silkscreen applications.
