amybbaker got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Brand Me! Former screenwriter needs a logo for her eponymous new interior design brand

I love my current logo, but the name of my business is changing to be less generic and more specific to my brand. I'm an interior design professional and writer. (You can see my recently revamped website at www.nestinteriorsofboston.com.) My target audience loves beautiful objects, sophisticated design, and designers who can laugh at themselves.

I love my current logo (which I got a few years ago through 99designs), but the name of my business is changing to be less generic and more specific to my brand. I'm an interior design professional and a writer. You can see my recently revamped website at www.nestinteriorsofboston.com. The new logo should fit into the current website design, including typeface and colors (files attached). Only the name and logo are changing. One idea I had was to incorporate my signed initials as a graphic element (also attached). But I'm open to other ideas — although I am leaning toward wordmark logos. Please note: The branch and leaf design of my current logo is directly related to the old name, "Nest Interiors." Because the name is changing to something completely unrelated, the new logo should not include any branches or leaves. Thanks! Also, I tend to think that the lowercase versions of the letters "a" (the single-storey version, anyway) and "b" are kind of unattractive — especially when sitting next to each other. So any logo that includes "ab" (with a single-storey "a") is probably going to be a miss. A double storey "a" could work. . .

Are you the kind of "Well, can you just qickly change.. and than change.. and how would this look like... could you also... ehm... How about..." - guy?
Than go with him!
He not is not only very talented but also very patient.
He reacted quickly and designed everything according to my needs (and i had a lot of them).
What i really appreciated was his willingness to share his opinion. What made me feel like im in good hands. Because you just dont have the backround knowledge as adesigner about which colour fits to which occasion.
It was a pleasure working with you!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
