ALICAP insures public schools in the state of Nebraska. ALICAP provides Workers' Compensation, Property, Liability, Auto and Errors and Omissions coverage for its members.
The legal name of the entity is NASB All Lines Interlocal Cooperative Aggregate Pool. Due to the long name of the entity it is sometimes simply written out as NASB ALICAP.
