Keep in mind that this is not a chemistry related alchemist...this is a special use of the term "ALC-hemist" as related to bartending, cocktails and ALCohol. Please, make note of how it is spelled and use of capitol letters and a dash as in the "business name" block at the beginning of this form. Thank you and of course... CHEERS!!!
