Minimalistic and semi-abstract logo needed for data software company. Guaranteed follow up work in 1-to-1

AgileData Software

We have a single main product called File Query that processes large data files, allowing users to easily view, query, modify and analyze them on the fly. Our target audience is any company that deals with moving lot's of data between systems, and especially between companies. (Database marketing companies are our largest customers)

I'd like to explore the following colors:

Blues: Knowledge, trust, calm and honesty.
Greens: Growth, harmony and success.
Dark neutrals: Formality, mystery, exclusivity and luxury.

I originally branded my company and product about 6 years ago, and while I don't hate the current branding, it's definitely not what I want it to be now, and am looking for some minor-to-major changes. I have included some existing assets, but feel free to change it up as little or as much as you like. You can also check the website http://www.agiledatasoftware.com for a fuller picture of the current branding.

NOTE: I will also hire the winning designer to create a second logo for my product, File Query. It will be very similar to the AgileData logo as far as style goes. Even though I am not asking for the second logo during the contest, please make sure to think about some design concepts for it!

Along with the actual images, any additional information about them, such as fonts, color schemes, etc would be very helpful, as I can use it when creating new assets. I will include a style guide template for the winning designer to fill out.
