We are a Direct Lender in residential mortgages. We lend for purchases, refinance and cash-out refinances in primary housing and investment properties. Single family, condo, 1-4 Units. Our audience are individuals, families, investors and businesses.

We are interested in a sleek, modern, simple and creative design. When people see our logo, we would like them to feel trust, integrity, confidence, technology, speed, efficiency. We are currently based in California (Los Angeles) but we serve all of California and plan on expanding to other states in the future. We want a logo that is memorable, and easy for people to find our website "betterfunds.com", it's not built yet.
