About us
Adelaide is a French Quarter (New Orleans) inspired restaurant in Downtown Salt Lake City, UT. It is part of The West Quarter - Salt Lake City's new entertainment mixed-use development. Adelaide will be in the ground floor of the new Le Meridien hotel. Adelaide is a 3-meal restaurant. Per the attached document: The moment you walk in the evocation of the French Quarter & The Rhone consume your every sense. You are transported; the waters of the bayou and the sidewalks of Paris are the DNA of Adelaide. Haute Creole cuisine and classic French influences are blended with the culinary edginess of Salt Lake City to create the flavors of Adelaide. Locally sourced gardens and ranches compliment Adelaide’s commitment to the authenticity of each destination.

See the attached document. Adelaide will be in the ground floor of one of Salt Lake City's best hotels with great street-frontage. The restaurant is inspired by the French Quarter in New Orleans. We want the logo to reflect that same inspiration.
