Wordpress Blog site needed for two real estate authors. Authors Greg Head and Christine Ruptash are getting set to launch their first book called Secrets of the Canadian Real Estate Cycle. They are looking for a wordpress blog site that promotes their personal brands and serves as a central place to consolidate all their written and video blogs.

Canadian investors who are either currently investing in real estate or are interested in investing. Site should portray wealth created through investing, but too obnoxious.

Looking for a clean, crisp professional look. One that is not too busy. 1) The body of the home page should display our blog postings. Blogs will be a mixture of video and written blogs. 2) The first 1/3rd of the page should focus on our personal branding. The name The Strategic Investor along with the photos of Greg and Christine. See file called Banner Example for idea of a concept we liked. Photos of Greg and Christine are attached. Text to include in the heading banner should read "Conversations on Strategic Real Estate Investing" 3) The body should be blog posts. See attached file called Blog Post to see what we would like the blog posts to looked like. For blog posts please use the same social networking links that you see on the example. 4) Link to Amazon to purchase our book. Text should say Download Our Book and show the book cover. See attached book cover. 5) Include Social Network Follow Us links. See attached file for example. Colors can be different, we like the look of the written text. 6) Require an RSS Subscribe feed somewhere on the home page. Example attached. 7) Email capture form. Fields should include Name, Email Header for email capture form should read "Looking for great real estate investment opportunities? - Sign up for our exclusive Golden Opportunity List" 8) Other pages for site should include: About Us, Archives, Strategic Real Estate Solutions
