Design of a mascot of adventurous female required: a character who gives courage

I help teachers and civil servants find their lucrative alternative to teaching and resign with confidence. My target group is therefore teachers and civil servants who are freedom-loving at heart but are stuck in the golden cage and now want to get out of it. But their fearful part and that of their environment is very strong and keeps them in the golden cage with reasonable "arguments". Whereby their longing for freedom and a self-determined life becomes louder and louder. The struggle between fear (this part I call Mrs. Sofa) and courage (this part I call Mrs. Adventure) is experienced by my target group as an agonizing inner turmoil.

I would like to have the brave part - Mrs. Adventure - drawn as a mascot. She is the brave voice in my client that says "quit, live your life and enjoy freedom". You can focus on the character and neglect the surroundings. Objective: Visualization of the courageous part in my client to motivate him to pursue his longing. Your drawing should motivate anxious people who long for change, freedom, new life to quit and go their own way. Appearance: - The character should exude a fun-loving, life-affirming and cheerful aura. - She should have a sympathetic, open and exotic face. - She has a character with rough edges and is shrewd. - The viewer should immediately feel their urge for freedom, their pioneering spirit and their explorer's heart in the mascot, so that they themselves feel like going on an adventure. - She has black curly hair that is not too tame. She has an athletic figure and is dressed colorfully. style: - playful   - sympathetic - friendly - cosmopolitan  - She is distinctive and easily recognizable - powerful - courageous Poses: - swimming in the ocean - jumping over a fence.

There will be follow-up jobs, because I still want to have the counterpart of Frau Abenteuer - the anxious part I call Frau Sofa drawn as a mascot. I speak english, german and persian.
