New pizza concept selling oversized pizza slices (+ oversized meatballs/stromboli/Knots). Plan on going into a casino/hotel with a wide range of customer demographics, so don't want to be very specific.

Other notes
Going back and forth on adding "Pizzeria" or "Pizza Co." in the logo, but I only think certain types of logos will look good with this in it. Please incorporate it if you can.
We would like to keep the logo simple, clean and more on the modern side. Would like it to be unique/recognizable + eye appealing to the masses as we plan on opening up multiple locations within different cities.
